We accept all major credit cards and Paypal for purchase transactions. You may also opt to checkout with Afterpay, a service that allows you to pay 4 installments every 2 weeks. With Afterpay, you will still receive your product within estimated shipping time, but you have 8 weeks to pay the full amount.

- Please allow 2 business days (not including weekend) of processing time
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email from shop@peterdo.net with the courier and tracking number
- All merchandises are shipped from our logistic center in Italy

For Americas, Asia, and Oceania countries:
- Free shipping for orders over $500 USD, including tax/duty
- $25 flat-rate shipping for orders under $500 USD, including tax/duty

For EU countries:
- Free shipping for all orders
- VAT is included as part of the total price

- Note that the buyer is responsible for any applicable local tax and fees with their country. New York customers will have their local tax automatically added upon checkout

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 14 calendar days of your delivery date
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging
- Pre-orders and custom creations are not eligible for return
- Peter Do reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy
- Returns that do not adhere to the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion

Return Instructions:
- Request a return by emailing returns@peterdo.net with your order number. Once approved, you will receive an RMA barcode, return label, and a proforma invoice to print
- Place your item and a copy of the RMA barcode into the package
- Securely close your package
- Affix a copy of the RMA barcode outside the package
- Affix the shipping label and proforma invoice together outside the package
- Call the courier to schedule a pickup or drop-off your package at your closest courier store

Exchanges:
Peter Do does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the item for a full refund and re-order the preferred item

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable
